International buyers:
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted for international orders.
Returns: I want you to love your handcrafted goods as much I loved creating them,
but if there is something that isn't quite right, please contact me I will be more than happy to help you.
I will only accept returns, in an undamaged and unused condition, for a full refund provided, they are returned within 14 days, please email me first.
If an item is faulty (I check everything very carefully before it leaves my studio), please contact me first by email before returning the item.
I do not refund postage this will be at your own cost.
Privacy: Your details are safe with My Calico Heart. I will never ever pass your details onto any third party, they are simply used to complete your order.
